The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. They were truly concerned with making our stay comfortable. The young man at the front desk said they were almost fully booked, but he went out of his way to make us happy, he showed us a room on the first floor, but I personally didn't want my window to be close to the parking lot, so he changed it to the 4th floor, which is exactly what I wanted. The room was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The choice of tv channels was also good. The shower and toiletries were just what we needed after a long flight and jet lag. The breakfast was impressive and the lady working there was attentive.

The location made it accessible to local restaurants, movie theaters and stores. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the decor was nice and colorful. The pool and exercise room were well kept. The breakfast was good,but it would have been better if there were more of a variety and options for people who don't eat pork products. However, the waffle mix and maker were the best. I will stay there again. The cost for all that was included was well worth it

The doors were secured where an active key card was the only way to get in even the front entrance was that way after 11pm (almost like Fort Knox). The staff was friendly and courteous from checking in to checking out. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests that were made to include a late check out.

Room size is perfect, any bigger and it could be classed as a suite! Bed had perfect tension, my wife and I both suffer with back problems and so need a different hardness of mattress on each side. Not so here, best night's sleep in a hotel in years! Location is first rate, adjacent to the 422, and local roads, so easy to find. All in all a great stay, thank you
